Bodyblock fits into a SES Little Sister 3 Autoclave or similar with ease without removing the instrument casette holder - we tested it on a the 'Porous & Dry' cycle at 134C.  The autoclave reached peak temperatures of 135.8C on a one hour vacuum cycle.  Bodyblock came out completely unscathed - we however recommend that you avoid contact with metal surfaces during the cycle and that you use a silicone sheet to place it on.  By far the most practical way of cleaning your bodyblock is with Cliniwipes or Medical Disinfectant Sprays such as Trigene.  You can even put it in the top rack of your dishwasher for a really good clean!
